Addie Sellars enjoys her work at arcBARKS 3 days a week making dog treats and volunteers at Women's Hospital. Her interests are riding horses at HorsePower, Special Olympics swimming & tennis, eating out with friends, listening to music. Addie has an older brother whom she adores and a dog named Happy Howard that LOVES when she brings home arcBARKS doggy treats. Addie is excited to be dancing with her Uncle Mark.

Miss. Katie Steele & Mr Rod Broadway

Katie Steele attends Max and Friends Day Program, where she volunteers for Salvation Army, Art Quest and Meals on Wheels. As an Arc member, Katie plays Challenger Baseball and Abilities Tennis. She works in mission projects, making pillows for Creative Hands and Hearts, providing pillows for Hospice, Hospitals and wounded Veterans. Rod Broadway is a 1977 graduate of UNC-Ch where he was a defensive lineman for the Tarheels. Rod is currently the Head Football Coach of NC A&T State University.

John Vanderwerff is an active member of The Arc, and an employee at Chick-fil-A at Friendly Center for 13 years. He enjoys Power lifting, Special Olympics swimming, and Challenger Sports. John is an Eagle Scout and an active member of First Presbyterian Church. He graduated from Page High School in 2004. A long-time Greensboro civic leader, Mayor Nancy Vaughan is a tireless grassroots organizer dedicated to building stronger neighborhoods for the betterment of the community at large.

Carl Collins has worked as a PT Assistant in the Physical Therapy Dept. of Murphy Wainer Orthopedic Specialist for 14 years. Several years ago he won Gold and Silver medals in both Sate and International Special Olympics for weight lifting and gymnastics. Meghann Mollerus is a reporter and contributing anchor for WFMY News 2, where she's been part of the team for two years. She grew up in St. Louis, MO and studied journalism at the U of Missouri. Meghann loves animals and dancing!

Lavinia is a high school graduate who enjoys having a job to support herself and her shopping habit. She enjoys singing and swimming and dancing. She just loves the life she's living being "Ms. Independent." Greensboro native Joey Cheek, won Olympic Medals in speed skating in 2002. and 2006. He donated his USOC Gold Medal bonus money to Right to Play, an athlete driven international humanitarian organization. Joey graduated from Dudley High School and Princeton University.

Trevous Wyrick attends After Gateway, which he calls his work. He loves music and sports. He received the Good Citizenship award his last year of school and he met George Strait on his Farewell tour. Jamie Rauschkolb is a UNCG graduate who has been with The Arc of Greensboro 2-1/2 years, presently working with our Challenger Sports and GSAG programs. She lives in Greensboro with her two dogs and enjoys reading and drawing.
